Raza Rabbani is a Pakistani politician who served as the 7th Chairman of the Senate from 2015 to 2018. He has been elected as a senator from Sindh Province six times since 1993. He was appointed as the deputy secretary general of the party by Benazir Bhutto in 1997 and leader of the opposition in the Senate in 2005. He has also served as a Federal Minister, Minister of State and Leader of the House and Opposition in the Senate. He was elected unanimously as the Chairman of the Senate in March 2015.
